The original Royal Oak Offshore “The Beast” — a bold 42mm stainless steel case, designed by Emmanuel Gueit and first introduced in 1993, that was unlike anything else at the time. This early E-series example captures the raw character of the first-generation Offshore, with its oversized proportions, signature octagonal bezel and soft-iron anti-magnetic cage. Built as a rugged automatic chronograph, the 25721ST went on to become one of Audemars Piguet’s most recognizable designs and helped make oversized luxury sports watches what they are today.
