Offered here is the Rolex Sea-Dweller Ref. 1665 Great White, produced between 1977 and 1983, the last acrylic-crystal, tritium-dial Sea-Dweller before the shift to sapphire and glossy dials. Retaining the legendary 2000ft depth rating and helium escape valve developed with COMEX, it offers the same professional diving pedigree as its successors but with true vintage character and a direct lineage to the pioneering Double Red Sea-Dweller. With a shorter production run and all-white text rarity, the Great White delivers historical significance, collectibility, and enduring wearability at a fraction of the price of early DRSDs while holding greater vintage charm than modern Sea-Dwellers.
