Created in collaboration with legendary oceanographer Jacques Cousteau and COMEX divers, the PloProf (Plongeur Professionnel, or Professional Diver) was designed specifically for saturation diving—featuring a monobloc stainless steel case, patented bezel-locking mechanism, and an outstanding 600m water resistance rating. It stood out as one of the most technically advanced dive watches of its time, with no helium escape valve needed thanks to its solid case construction
